Remuneration structure and remuneration policies & procedures

  • Develop and periodically review remuneration structure
  • Periodically review job specification, conduct job matching and salary survey
    Develop and periodically review remuneration policies & procedures
  • Develop human resources budget and periodically review the human resources forecast
  • Be responsible for both financial report and non-financial report for regarding compensation and benefits

Cash compensation and Non-cash benefits

  • Prepare annual salary review for staff
  • Review the incentive programme for the company
  • Manage staff to proceed monthly payroll calculation and relevant cash compensations to GHN staff.
  • Manage staff to ensure all compensations to comply with government and GHN’s regulations
  • Manage staff to claim and pay allowances from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Company
  • Manage staff to provide to staff about one’s eligible non-cash benefits


  • Manage staff to monitor all types of leave in leave management system for GHN staff
  • Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Police Dept, Dolisa, Tax Dept and internal report, cost monitoring report, employee statistic report, and headcount report.
  • Provide remuneration strategic inputs
  • Develop and implement the project for compensation and benefits team
  • Effectively update to staff internal regulations, employee handbook, new governmental regulations
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities if required.



  • Available for big headcount (over 1000 headcount)
  • At least 2 years experience at the same position
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
  • Multinational organization experience preferred (in the logistic or e-commerce is a plus)
  • Proficient in remuneration best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to human resource
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at executive level and above in a professional manner
  • High flexibility and ability to manage C&B function
  • Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
  • Good presentation and persuasive skills
