Our client is a leading electronic components distributor, who is currently are looking for talented candidates to work as Online Technical Service Engineer
The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- To join a new service development team to support our customers, Field application team, Sales Team
- Differentiate the technical support level by customer tiering
- Help Field Applications Engineers to focus on their assigned customers
- Support sales team with technical inquiries , cross reference searches, DRMS activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with higher-lever and stakeholders, cooperate with customers and multi-functional departments to ensure the company solutions adapt customer needs
- Support customers by sending email or presentations and demos through phone call
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage various projects and attentive to each's details
You will be our ideal candidates if you meet these requirements:
- Graduated in Electronics / Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
- Proficient in English
- From 3 years R&D experience and knowledge of analog and digital design
- Experience with Analog circuit design or system level design
- Better to have Possess micro-controller experience
- Better to have project management experience
- Able to Work both independently and work in team
- Good working attitude, logical thinking, and time management skills.
