- Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage global and local talent acquisition strategies and tools that support the current and future business needs. Manage the recruitment process and ensure that vacancies are filled within the agreed SLA.
- Performance Management & Succession Planning
Manage performance management process, systems and procedures that will ensure quality performance planning and development practices. Coordinate and facilitate talent review and succession planning activities.
- Learning & Development
Assess training needs for individuals and organization, manage and organize development programs both in leadership and functional skills.
- Employee Engagement
Manage employee engagement survey process according to global guidelines, provide consultation to HRBP and people managers on the engagement action planning and ensure that the follow-through of the country's action plan.
- Core Values
Implement and communicate core values according to global guidelines and ensure that employees understand and live the core values in their activities.
- Center of Expertise
Provide advices and consultancy services to HRBP and Country HR Managers and acts as the Center of Expertise for Talent and Organizational Development
