Our client is a large group operating in the technology and internet field with over 1000 employees. In order to expand their business, they are urgently looking for potential Partner Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise closely with department organizations to understand their recruitment needs;
- Specify and present the jobs briefly and efficiently with consistent competencies and indicators;
- Build a talent pool by actively networking with the top-tier candidates;
- Develop talent pipelines for key positions in our department organization through various channels;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all vacancies within the business
- Manage relationships and collaborate with recruitment agencies to operate the recruitment services to be in compliance with company standards
- Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals
