- SFA System Administration
- Act as SFA system administrator (SFDC, QlikView, Nemo,…), responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of SFA systems in coordination with MIS and IT
- Develop and enforce necessary system administration processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of SFA systems
- Database Management
- Act as custodian for managing profiles of
- Ethical Account profiles: Hospitals, Private Clinics, Health Station, Vaccination centers… and their classification
- Ethical Contact profiles: doctors, nurses and mid-wives… and their classification
- Ethical Field Force profiles, structure and territory and product assignment
- Manage business databases in Ethical SFA systems (sales, KPIs, incentive…)
- Work with Ethical SFE, MIS and other stakeholders to identify business needs in order to optimize existing databases and establish new ones
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and ensure system data are successfully backed up to appropriate media and recovery storage devices
- Perform regular data archival and purge as necessary
- Operation, Support and Enablement
- Develop in-depth understanding of user business requirements so as to design effective support and guidance procedures
- Provide training, timely operation support and guidance to Ethical Field Force and other stakeholders to enable effective use of Ethical SFA systems as well as to fully maximize system features
- Create, change, update and delete user accounts per request
- Enable and support Ethical Field Force and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of Ethical SFA systems and databases to drive Ethical Field Force productivity
- Provide 24/7 help-desk to troubleshooting
- Ethical SFA System Enhancement and Readiness
- Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and improvement opportunities related to Ethical SFA systems
- Work with MIS, IT and Ethical SFE to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements
- Continue research and developments to stay abreast of technological innovation and trends to ensure Ethical SFA system readiness for future requirements
