  • Build effective sales incentive programs at different times to stimulate and increase business growth rate or achieve RB's sales target
  • Manage, monitor, control and make report on sales pushing program implementation
  • Provide training courses & communications relating to sales pushing programs
  • Develop & implement KPI applied to each position across RB
  • Receive feedback from company management teams & BU then propose KPI adjustment at each period to meet with company's business strategy
  • Provide timely support & feedback to BUs on questions relating to incentive policy & sales incentive programs.
  • Coordinate with & support related divisions/sub-divisions to implement & monitor programs in a good way
