Sales Trainer (Top Insurance Company)

Responsibilities

1 / Planning: Actively coordinate with the Business Development Department and General Agents office in planning the agency training activities in the area assigned monthly.

2 / Training: Directly training the training programs according to the program and orientation of the company in the assigned area in order to develop the training team.

3 / Supervision: Assign and monitor the training activities of the collaborative coaching staff to ensure the training classes are in accordance with the plan and reach the company's standard quality.

4 / Business Support: Support activities to promote business in 48H, Group Presentation, Business Opportunity Presentation together with the Business Development Department and General Agency office and other duties assigned by Regional Training Manager.

5 / Building internal and external relationships: Building relationships and maintaining close and effective cooperation with relevant departments and officials of the Ministry of Finance in the assigned regions and regions.

6 / Other tasks/projects assigned by Management levels

Requirements

1 / University or college graduate specialized in Education is an advantage

2 / Experience in Training / Training in the field of finance or life insurance is an advantage

3 / Good communication skills

4 / Skill in applying training methods

5 / Have English skill is an advantage

6 / Agile, active, extrovert, progressive
