- Sales Director for MT & B2B channels
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Building meat distribution systems in modern sales channels including supermarkets, CVS, new channels..., and developing business team.
- Business planning and sales policy deployment & handling issues arising in the daily business of the channel in charge.
- Ensuring full performance of sales, debt management, cost management, sales effectiveness.
- Training & mentoring to develop of the potentials/ capacity of sales team.
Desired skills & experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree
- Working experience in FMCG at Modern Trade or Retail channel
- At least 5 years at management level
- Working in the same field/ market is an advantage
- Strong leadership
