New Product Launches and Promotions

  • Promote company products offering through knowledge dissemination and trials at selected customers as per SBU directions
  • Owner to ensure all new products launch information and training is done across region
  • To support TRM to prepare target customer list for new products
  • To take a lead for bulk trials of new products in agreed time frame , share technical findings and possible solutions if any problems found
  • KPI: Positive trend of sales gain out New products in given country by year to year


Lab Developments

  • RTS will take the ownership country lab developments based on location , as per product group
  • RTS will support TS , to coordinate with labs, quick development and fast response for key regional projects


Define Market Focus Products & Country strategy

  • To prepare and support to TRL to prepare market focus products , country strategy for every year as per market needs to fight against competition
  • TRL: Owner to prepare overview of Market focus products
  • TRL/RTS : Ensure minimum quantity of sample stock at any given time country sample point by monthly review
  • Sales Support : Sales support ensure the replenishment of samples stock as per feedback from TS team


Competitor Information & Competition analysis

  • To update team about competitor activity in given market
  • To prepare analysis of competitor product vs Huntsman product, close working with MHC / TW lab teams ensure analysis based on customer needs
  • TS Owner of competition analysis
  • To prepare 360 view of key advantages of Huntsman product / system , total process cost , process benefits , sustainable benefits and PEHS advantages
  • RTS: Owner to review and guide TS for 360 view of performance analysis
  • Joint visits along with sales team with 360 view analysis to sustain our business


Customer complaints & Technical challenges

  • TS is the owner to address the technical problems raised by customers ,discuss with TRL , RTS and GTN teams to provide best possible solutions to technical problem in fastest possible way
  • TS is the owner of any quality or performance related complaint of products raised by customer ,
  • To validate the customer complaint with preliminary investigation and support sales team to enter to CCS system
  • To discuss with Global experts and GTN teams to provide best possible solutions to resolve the customer complaints of key customers in region
  • KPI: Minimum number of days to conclude the customer complaint depending upon nature compliant


Product gap & Innovation Pipe line

  • Assess customer needs and translate it into potential innovation projects
  • To bring and highlight any product gaps in present range
  • In case of Textile chemicals, bring new ideas , propose in country meetings to define new projects for RFC
  • Communicate customer feedback on our products, services to the business leaders


B&R Projects

  • RTS-Owner of ongoing B&R Projects in region
  • Active co-ordination between sales, Marketing team to ensure fastest response and conclusion of projects


Product Replacements & Product withdrawals

  • RTS owner to prepare and support technical details , lab reports for product replacements , withdrawals
  • To visit along with sales team to inform about product changes to customers to sustain existing business
  • KPI: To sustain the existing business of given products with replacements , if possible


Technical Training

  • Deliver technical training to support customer needs for all huntsman customers
  • To develop business partners team , on field training during bulk trials
  • Visiting and participating on trade shows or conferences related to assigned market segments
