They are looking for a motivated and passionate recruitment manager to support company build a strong pipeline and hire new talents, with below responsibilities:
- Working with business leaders and recruitment team to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
- Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines.
- Acting as the recruitment subject matter on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
- Overseeing the developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment code: coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection process.
- Developing relationship with headhunting agencies in attracting talents
- Managing recruitment team in Hanoi and Hochiminh
