- Delivery the Education and Training Plan for Lean tool and culture
- Comply the continuous improvement initiative
- Follow up of Daily, Weekly and Monthly results of each initiative of improvement and saving.
- Set up/ do/ manage report of KPI for Improvement department,
- Find the root to give out the best solutions to bring the best profitability
- Ensure that the initiative will fit with strategy of company. Create, Adjust and apply the procedures to improve the process
