- Collect, summarize and analyze the statistics about insights of customer experiences and purchasing behaviors then produce detailed proposals for appropriate promotion or rewards programs for loyal customers.
- Plan prospect partners, approach to start the collaboration, build up partnership term for each partners, try to get partnership contracts signed.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current reward/promotion programs for loyal and active clients, sorting out solutions for ineffective programs
- Work closely with marketing, business development teams to get their ideas, collect data for suitable programs.
- Continuously update the temporary trends of current life styles, fashions,….so as to build up proper/effective rewarding programs to increase loyal clients.
- Reach the KPIs of number of partnership contracts and contract values (monthly)
- (Min) University graduates
- At least 2 years at similar roles in financial institutions, online payment portal, E-commerce or mobile apps\
- Fast, pro-active, dynamic, initiative and creative
- Great sense of trendy styles (especially in lifestyle)
- Excellent numeric, analytic, communication and presentation skills
- Hard working and willing to travel for work
