Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer's questions and solve customer's inquiries as soon as possible in the most empathetic way.
  • Study about the client's products and standards to be able to answer the problems in the corrected way.
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
  • Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
