Main missions
1°) Company network expansion

  • Identify new potential franchisees and manage the pipeline
  • Conduct relevant due diligences (business, HR and technical with engineering team)
  • Conduct negotiations with franchisees until contracts closing
  • Lead the water kiosks transformation and retrofitting plan to become Company franchisees
  • Recruit and manage a team of business advisors in charge of network expansion

2°) Company network management

  • Measure efficiency of current processes at franchisee level and optimize them
  • Provide on-going support to franchisees to ensure their business and social performance
  • Ensure the daily relationships with Company franchisees as Company single point of contract
  • Ensure trainings of franchisees on key operational aspects (logistics, order to cash…)
  • Define, implement and follow a consumables purchase process between franchisees and Company
  • Define, implement and follow the reporting of key data with franchisees (quality, admin, finance)
  • Ensure the collection of the monthly franchise fees with the support of the finance team
  • Integrate IT solutions in various operational areas (consumables, management, finance…)
  • Recruit and manage a team of business advisors in charge of network animation on the field

3°) Structuration of the Company franchise offer

  • Define a " Company franchise journey " with a clarified recruitment & follow-up methodology
  • Support the CEO and management team to reinforce the Company offer with stronger methods
  • Define the Company operational best practices to optimize franchisees performance overtime
  • Translate these best practices in concrete and practical trainings toolkits and manuals
  • Ensure the trainings and evaluation of franchisees on these operational best practices

4°) Company scale-up: bring Company to the next level

  • Develop a purchasing strategy and set-up reliable domestic / international suppliers for all inputs
  • Oversee and manage the supply chain strategy, operations and staff
  • Actively participate in the definition of the long term strategy with CEO & managing team
  • Support financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis
  • Work on strategic partnerships with other international organizations
  • Builds and executes a Key Opinion Leaders strategy to improve Company local license to operate
  • Participates to the recruitment of the Company 2020 team


Professional qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in business in an emerging market context
    • Strong business & operations management experience
    • Experience both as a strategic leader and hands-on manager
    • Successfully managed people at all levels and from varied backgrounds and cultures
    • Very comfortable with managing planning and short deadlines (GANTT diagram, MS Project)
    • Good understanding and knowledge on logistics and purchasing departments duties
    • Experience working to develop a franchise network is a very strong plus
    • Experience working in South Vietnam and preferably in the Mekong Delta region
