Marketing Manager will play a key role in designing and managing the marketing activities to achieve the company goal of Brand Awareness/Image and Sales Target.
Oversee the daily operation of the Marketing Department.
Develop and manage the relationship with internal departments, business partners and vendors at senior level.
Set strategic directions for assigned projects/programs /promotions /concepts.
Develop and facilitate marketing programs/promotions/researches.
Manage, identify and oversee the performance and executions of creative /media /research agencies and vendors.
Achieve sales target, comp growth and other company’s goals/mission.
Work as brand guardian of the assigned brand(s).
Coordinate and handle internal correspondences with shops, other departments.
Develop new business opportunities (e.g. online ordering) and/ or new products (e.g. value meal sets).
Train up marketing officers to independently carry out supervision and execution of projects with agencies/ vendors/ business partners.
Perform other ad-hoc projects or special tasks assigned by CEO.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation.
At least 3-4 years experience at managerial level
Strong management and good interpersonal & negotiation skill.
Good Computer skill in related specialized software.
Good command in both English and Vietnamese.
