Responsibility:

  • Training
    • Ensure training programs support organizational development Run induction program for all staff, Internal Company Regulations Training, Code of Conduct Training
  • Talent Management
    • Manage the policy, procedures and framework development of potential employees  
  • Management Trainee Program
    • Design, develop and implement the management trainee (MT) program, as well as manage the career planning for MTs to create the talent pipeline 
  • Regional Learning & Talent
    • Work with Regional on global training programs and tools
  • Learning & Development
    • Monitor the execution of Learning Calendar
  • Operations Managers, Internal Trainers
    • Liaise to plan, deliver and follow up training programs required for the business
  • Performance Management
    • Manage the roll out of process and system includes the communication and training of core competencies to HR business partners and managers

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Psychometric Testing and Assessment Centre qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in Training, Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development
  • Good English
  • Industry knowledge
  • Presentation skills (excellent)
  • Facilitation and training skills (excellent)
