  • Develop and monitor a training system to optimize the capability of employees.
  • Build training master plan, training procedures, manual and policies to enhance training quality.
  • Measure training effectiveness towards benefit outcomes in organization business development.
  • Analysis and develop competency matrix, job descriptions and job competencies for non-technical & technical employees.
  • Develop the internal trainers crew to meet the internal training demands.
  • Develop and manage the Individual Development Plan program, training budget to perform effectively.
  • Coach and develop training staffs achievements.
  • Maintain quality standards by evaluating feedback on trainings and initiating corrective actions.
  • Manages and consolidates the local training needs for trainings, trainer capacity, cost calculation and training calendar.
