- Develop and monitor a training system to optimize the capability of employees.
- Build training master plan, training procedures, manual and policies to enhance training quality.
- Measure training effectiveness towards benefit outcomes in organization business development.
- Analysis and develop competency matrix, job descriptions and job competencies for non-technical & technical employees.
- Develop the internal trainers crew to meet the internal training demands.
- Develop and manage the Individual Development Plan program, training budget to perform effectively.
- Coach and develop training staffs achievements.
- Maintain quality standards by evaluating feedback on trainings and initiating corrective actions.
- Manages and consolidates the local training needs for trainings, trainer capacity, cost calculation and training calendar.
