JOB DESCRIPTION
- To lead and manage Key Account Hatchery achieving sales target
- To give inputs, proposal & feedback for commercial strategies & Hatchery's policy
- To manage & ensure commercial policies, Hatchery's investments, etc. are implemented properly complied
- To building demo hatchery and organization visit, Seminar at demo Hatchery.
- with company's strategy and policy
- To build and maintain good relationship with customers, able to manage conflicts among Hatchery and within hatchery system
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in Aquaculture sciences
- At least 07 years experiences in similar responsibilities, preferable with international company
- Understand about Shrimp seed production, Hatchery practices as well as customer's behaviors in Viet Nam region
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Team spirit and self-motivated
- Proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
