This position will take responsibility to mange all of HR and Admin task in Saigon Paper. Main mission is restructure and development for company organization. Detail task is,
- Making and promoting HR strategy (planning headcount, recruitment, personal expenses etc.)
- Rebuild and operate personality system and labor regulation
- Support for labor union cases
- Manager training program cases for employees
- Operate risk management of HR issue such as leaving, mental health, harassment etc.
- Support for rewards and punishments
- Support for any other HR task such as insurance, PIT, Salary etc.
- Have relevant experience as manager Lv. or above position.
- English language skill (have experience to use in business)
- Have working experience in global companies as HR manager
- Have understanding for global standard
