  • As Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the sales strategy and team development for company. As a member of the Senior Leadership team in Vietnam, you will be responsible for building a first-class sales team that builds customer loyalty, penetrates the markets; develops and drives sales initiatives and processes to ensure top-line growth.

    Reporting directly to the Regional, this position requires an entrepreneurial, creative and high-energy team player with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking ability excellent people management.

    Sales- Strategy Development & Implementation

    Define the appropriate sales and marketing organization mix/alignment for the demands of the market and potential customers

    Drive the development of domestic and international sales strategies to include overall sales process and supporting metrics for sales funnel management

    Develops and owns the sales "funnel", optimizing every step continuously

    Leads with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization's short and long-term goals

    Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

    Talent Management

    Build a high-performance coaching environment focused on continuous learning and improvement

    Ensure business and employee practices are consistent with policies and procedures

    For this role, you must be:

    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or other related area

    10+ years of sales and/or strategic account leadership experience

    Experience with specialty chemicals, or other related business

    Proven success in building and leading a performance and results orientated sales team

    Excellent ability to drive results through influence

    Business acumen, financial understanding, and strategic vision
