- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
- Oversee organizational recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, fostering trust and promoting collaboration and be the champion of a meritocratic and diverse workplace
- Develop the manpower plan and budget in collaboration with Group HR team and in line with Company business objectives
- Plan, implement and promote high performing culture and effective leadership skills for management team and staff level
- Plan and implement talent sourcing strategies and activities to meet business requirement
- Communicate and execute the objectives and provisions of the Codes of Conduct and Discipline Management to ensure business operations and high staff discipline
