Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Technical support of our customers, sales and marketing as well as our product- and process-development-department
  • Training of sales and customers, presence at trade fairs
  • Cooperation in product development
  • Regular trips to the production sites, including technical training and trouble shooting
  • Build up relationships / contacts to customers
  • Responsibility for Technical Sales in Vietnam, China, Indonesia and Thailand
  • Create, strengthen and expand client relationships (e.g. scope and depth of relationship, revenues, degree of customer loyalty)
  • Spend significant time with clients to understand and anticipate their specific needs and to be able to develop solutions
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with the Product and Process Development De-partment and other Departments of the company
  • Cross-regional team work other sales colleagues on global key accounts
  • Monitor industry and client trends
  • Integrate personally into the firm as a valuable, collaborative and culturally astute team member
  • Contribute to the further strategic advancement of the company


  • Excellent product knowledge and technical understanding in dealing with materials, pro-cessing and development in the relevant segment
  • Knowledge about technical implementation / feasibility in the relevant segment
  • Several years of experience in the manufacture and construction of shoes, especially sports shoes
  • Straight-forward individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong empathy and personal integrity
  • Experience in working in an international environment and willingness to travel fre-quently
