Job Description
· Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in E-commerce channel
· Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
· Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and
target setting for the sales team
· Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
· Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and
reporting to Sales Manager and BOM
· Other assigned task from Line Manager and BOM
Job Requirements
· Graduate University
· Have a wide connection/experience in E-commerce
· At least 5 years in sales, 2 years at leader role.
· Hard working and can work under pressure. Leadership and planning skill.
· Strong communication and inter-personal skills
