Manage the Social Media channels of the company (FB, Youtube, …)
_ Design and implement Social Media Strategy to align with business goals
_ Manage team to generate, edit, publish and share engaging daily content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
_ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools and applications
_ Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
_ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
_ Analyze the long-term needs of the company's Social Media Strategy and offer quarterly reports to the Management and Executive Teams that outline any necessary changes to the Digital Marketing Plan.
_ Be actively involved in SEO and SEM effort
_ Measure performance of Digital Marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
_ Others duties as required to support the Marketing Department
_ Co-operate with Marketing agencies who are partners of the company to execute Digital Marketing Campaign.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
_ Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other relative majors
_ At leat 2 years experience in Digital Marketing
_ Solid knowledge of operating key social media platforms in Vietnam.
_ Deep knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
_ Familiarity with Web Design
_ Hands on experience in content management
_ Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
_ Analytical and multitasking skills
