Tasks:
- Oversee retail banking operations, product development, business stimulation and partnership development.
- Provide ongoing support for sales and service.
- Assist in training and retention of high-quality associates committed to culture of best-in-class customer service.
- Assess structure and performance of Retail Delivery system: evaluate, understand and make strategic decisions regarding branch activities, staffing, products and technology.
- Collaborate with senior management and Marketing Department in implementation of creative, strategic marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in banking, with 5 years experiences to a Retail Banking environment.
- Deep knowledge of retail banking products and compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Must possess a can do customer-service attitude/philosophy
