CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Description: 

- Handling internal and external customer enquiries.
- Processing and managing all customer orders.
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Key point of contact for the organization and through your high standards in service quality, professionalism and passion to help others.
- Play an integral role in supporting the frontline image of the company.
- Delivering accurate and timely order and shipment documentation to customers.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding order status, claims, prices, availability, product information, etc.
- Recommending process improvements to help ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- This list is not all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree. Prefer to candidate have Qualifications in business or international trade disciplines ideal. 
- Good knowledge in Commercial and Logistics.
- Having at least 5 years experiences at similar position.
- Strong voice in manufacturing
- Using ERP/MRP system experiences.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and meeting delivery dates
- Ability to professionally work within a production team to ensure on time delivery 
- Accuracy and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with urgency.
- Exceptionally verbal and written (English communication) is essential.
