The Customer Services manager is responsible for
Lead a CS team of 3 members (and will grow)
Developing the business relationship with customers, looking for the opportunity to expand the business from current customer base widen the business
Helping BD team to achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling company's products and value added services.
Being the customer 's window and being customer's front line
Being a member to build up SOP with BD and customer
Distributing SOP to all departments to follow up the operation right after SOP being confirmed by BD
Receiving the bookings from customers, prepare the plan and co-ordinate with relevant department to deploy the plan
Following up the operation process and Coordinate with all departments to get shipment progress and update to customer timely.
Monitoring to ensure that the process is being following up by operation departments, timely manner and in compliance with the rules and vendor guidelines
Coordinating with all departments to solve problems within responsibility
Monitoring to ensure that the billing is being completed in an accurate, timely manner and in compliance with agreed credit period
Reporting, following customer claim process by coordinate with CMD div. Partner with QM/CL and CMD to determine best process for resolving claim. This may include implementing new procedures that will serve as "check and balance" to eliminate further claims.
Performs job related duties as specified by management from time to time

Age: >34  Bachelor Degree  [MUST HAVE] minimum 3 years' experience as Customer Service Manager in both Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics
Good skill in communication (in both Vietnamese and English)
Good negotiation & leadership skill
MS Office, Excel
