13 Base Salary


• Provide high quality training in terms of: preparation, delivery, evaluation and follow-up. Work and communicate with Regional training team, assist and conduct monthly launch training, orientation training, service and sales training which must be in line with global direction, but tailor-made to local needs
• Work closely with boutique management in providing POS follow-up for specific performance gaps and ensure application of knowledge / skills acquired during training for all staff
• Prepare and translate all training related materials and manuals according to training needs
• Provide coaching and perform training follow-up for all frontline staffs at shop/counter level
• Regular feedback reports to update Training Team and stakeholders
• Review boutique Mystery shopper project / Customer Satisfaction survey performance result & follow up on action plan with Retail & Boutique Managers
• Continuous assessment on current training curriculum, advise on corrective follow up actions so to design and execute customized training programs base on local business needs
• Involve other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned


Required Competencies
• Solid knowledge of training function / coaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people at different level
• Computer literate
• Excellent command in written and spoken English 
• Mature and work independently with minimum supervision
• Experience in retail field would be a plus
• Has a passion to develop, motivate and help others achieve performance goals
• Occasional travel is required
