- Managing a client portfolio to maintain existing and generate new income for the company
- Maintaining close liaison with key stakeholders in order to provide input into the strategic direction of the company, the functionality and launch of new products and services
- Developing an appropriate calling plan to achieve goals and objectives.
- Introducing service improvements to improve the overall client experience, resolving global client service issues and challenging as the final escalation point.
- Ongoing partnership with all client service teams. Maintaining regular dialogue with client service staff to foster teamwork and cooperation
- Identifying areas for improvement, devising and implementing well planned strategies to ensure best practices are adopted.
- Providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Working closely with Sales to provide input and ensure proper levels of support are achievable
