The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- Develop brand marketing strategy for both online and offline
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including discussing media and creation concepts or idea, invoice controlling, plan budget and actions, write campaigns reports.
- Retain social media presence across all digital channels
- Lead A/B and multivariate experiments
- Review and fine tune marketing and customer acquisition strategy
- Efficiency controlling and optimization
- Reporting and supporting on making desicions for high-level management
You are our ideal candidates if you meet these requirements:
- MBA from a good reputation university is preterred, with focus in marketing
- More than 10 years experience in a management role at start-up, agency or in marketing or corporate communication at an international company, ideally in an Online environment
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership experience in a Digital Marketing team
- Strong knowledge of developing a brand marketing strategy
- Great interested in online, social media
- Strong communication skills, outstanding creativity skills, trust-worthy, open to try new things
