* Lead all operation related to card businesses for all relevant products, including card issuance, reconciliation & settlement, card operations, dispute resolution and customer service.
* Manage card issuance activities for account/beCard, including:
➢ Manage the onboarding and issuance card with banks, for all card payment (ATM/Visa/Mastercard/JCB), including all type of transactions credit, debit and charge.
➢ Manage card authorized, settled, cancelled, … and all relevant communications with card holders.
➢ Manage all POSMs, customer life cycle, segmentation and different approaches
* Manage reconciliation and settlement activities, covering bank account/Card, including:
➢ Manage the reconciliation and settlement with banks, for card payment (ATM/Visa/Mastercard/JCB) including all type of transactions credit, debit and charge.
➢ Manage credit/ debit reconciliation and settlement, including original amount and converted amount with FX rate, income from 2 dimensions: card holders & be.
➢ Manage fees/ interest reconciliation and settlement with all parties.
* Lead card operational process improvement and product development:
➢ Lead the daily operation of card product, enhance and development relevant operational processes, monitoring and supporting tools
➢ Work with development team and partner banks to ensure card products comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
* Manage regulatory reporting and operational compliance by cooperating with internal functions and bank partners.
* Manage dispute/complain resolution activities upon deployment of Card products and services.
