Job Description

  • Responsible for the business development of existing and new customers
  • Mainly responsible for overall sales and business development in Southeast Asia, mainly responsible for delivering the final results and contributing to planning and budgeting.
  • Revise the plan based on the annual budget and quarterly.
  • Customer's understanding of the process: Responsible for having a clear understanding of the customer's production plan, trend analysis, and purchase strategy.
  • Responsible for selling the employer's products to existing customers and maintaining the existing business. We must also ensure that we provide value to customers through our products and services while achieving the organization's target revenue, and achieving budget sales and business gross profit margins through the following methods:
    • Maintain market share of existing products offered.
    • Increase prices according to business strategy.
    • Start new business.
  • Promote Employer's products and performance advantages to customers through continuous after-sales service support, and persuade customers to increase productivity through the following methods:
    • Try new products and determine their performance
    • Implement marketing and technical solutions
  • Responsible for checking all renewal contracts in a timely manner, submitting offers on time, and providing necessary data for preparing proposals and securing orders/contracts.
  • Payment realization, according to the agreed payment terms stated in the purchase order, the receipts are updated weekly.
  • Quarterly reconciliation and checkout to resolve disputes.
  • Hold regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management team to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service delivery strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of the product on-site and coordinate with relevant departments on a regular basis to take corrective measures to avoid malfunctions.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities in terms of product sales, application, quality, price, and delivery.
