In 2020, Covid-19 has intensified and expanded in terms of its global reach, with unprecedented shocks to economies and labor markets. In Vietnam, COVID-19 has directly and indirectly affected every organization and has transformed the nature of work as well as organizations' strategies on recruitment and employment.

2021 is expected as a year for the new growing chapter “after Covid-19”. HR professionals will, therefore, be a vital part of organization and industry efforts to build the talent pipeline.
