Our hiring process

Step 1: Apply

Please complete the application form or send your resume by email to contact@navigossearch.com

Step 2: Resume Screening

Our recruitment staff or business manager will look at your resume determine what role might be appropriate depending on your background.

Step 3: Interview (recruiter / business manager)

After reviewing your resume, our HR department will be in touch to set up a face to face or phone interview with you. The phone interview questions will cover your career interests and other background information.

Step 4: Interview (Team Manager/Senior Manager)

The manager of the relevant department will ask questions related to your suitability for the job available. We will ask you specific questions such as job experience.

Step 5: Offer

Once an offer is made, your starting day will be agreed based upon your availability and the needs of the division and position. For example, if you are hired as a consultant, you may be asked to join at a scheduled intake period, ensuring you will be provided with in-depth training as part of the intake group.
