Description:
- Contributes to the Business Unit (BU) strategic plan establishes coordinates the sales marketing strategy for the BU.
- Prepare execute plans for the BU.
- Direct the activities of the team to achieve annual strategic sales marketing plans.
- Manages the delivery of profitable new business in target market segments.
- Manage the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts demand plans to ensure efficient sales and operations plan.
Requirements:
- 10 - 15 year experience with at least 5 years in a commercial, high quality, manufacturing organisation selling marketing complex products/range with tight margins.
- At least 3 years having led a sales marketing function.
- Flexibles / consumer packaging industry experience desirable.
