Our Client, a subsidiary company 100% owned by Japanese Corporation, is looking for Retail Sales Manager position.
The jobholder will be cover the following duties and responsibilities:
- Finding new dealers and constantly expanding the business.
- Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends.
- Monitor sales and profit for each account.
- Ability to complete management reports on time essential.
- Be aware of all competitive activities within major dealers.
- Create sales strategies for sales manager to approve
- Manage dealers of the company's E.I & P.I products included sales plan, dealer payment, product support.
- Identify the objectives, strategies and action plans to execute short-term and long-term sales plan.
- Performs sales activities in charge accounts and negotiates sales price and promotion in consultation with Sales Manager.
- Manages personnel and sales support team members.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the dealers.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams of dealers.
- Develops specific plans to ensure budget achievement of dealers.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Follows all sales policies, practices and procedures & sales direction.
- Responsible in collecting dealer A/R, debts & overdue.
- Collaborates with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Actively coordinate in deploying sales activities & marketing activities to the dealers.
- Reviews expenses and recommends cost deduction ideas.
- Study & deploy coop marketing program to the accounts to support sell-out.
- Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
