Navigos Search's client is a leading E-commerce company in Vietnam. They are the online classified leader of Auto portals in Vietnam and are expanding exponentially in emerging markets. Their mission is to bring the best technology solutions to customers and positive contribution to society by giving employees the ideal environment and quality of life.
They are running a big project completed by a group of young, proactive and creative staffs. Now the project already launched in Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Spain, Mexico and will expand in other overseas markets.
MAP (Manager Accelerator Program) is a fast-track program for talents having 1-5 years of working experiences with an innovative mindset, good problem solving and communications. Candidates will join Navigos Search's client product development efforts in different phases via 3 projects in 9 months, and are expected to lead your expansion efforts in 1 emerging market afterward. As a Market Explorer, you will decide on global strategy to see which countries offer the greatest opportunities for our products and services then put plan into action. Along the way, you will also be armed with our holistic capability building program and closely mentored by the most senior leaders in company. And above all, you will immerse in a dynamic and non-hierarchal culture.

1) CV submission
We are screening for well-round people with good academic record, relevant working and extracurricular experiences. Early submissions before 15th June 2018 will be proceeded first, but you can also send your CV before 15th July 2018 - the deadline of the 2nd round. CV is required to be submitted in English.
2) Business case test (at home)
We will test your problem solving ability in this round through a 30-minute English test with several mini business cases. If you pass the previous round, we will send a link to the test to you within 5 business days.
3) Personal interviews (with HR and Board of Directors)
This round will mainly test your problem solving, communication and your fit to our culture. Prior knowledge of our industry is a plus, but will not be a must as we do not put experiences as our utmost hiring requirement. If you pass the previous round, we will send the invitation notice within 3 business days.
4) Final offer
We will send the job offer to all qualified candidates, and the journey will officially begin at 6th August 2018.
IMPORTANT: No previous management experience required.
1) Age: Maximum 30 years old
2) 1-5 years of full time working experiences in:
* Consulting: investment banking, audit, advisory (Big 4)
* Product Manager/Project Manager in technology companies
3) Innovative mindset, good problem solving and communications
4) Culture fit: proactive, high integrity, hardworking, creative
5) Prefer candidates with:
* Overseas degree
* or graduated from RMIT, FTU, NEU, HUST, FU, UET-VNU with excellent academic result
* or got special prize in well-known student competitions
* or have CFA , ACCA certificates
6) Excellent English is a MUST
7) Skype interview is available for oversea Vietnamese candidates
