[Urgent] HR Manager (up to $2000)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain effective business partnership to support the local Management team
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, compensation and benefits administration, employee welfare and employee development
  • Establish local HR policies and practices consistently across all entities and ensure adoption and implementation of HR best practices in line with labour regulations
  • Drive HR operational efficiencies; process improvements and ensure accurate prompt delivery of all operational HR services
  • Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure competitive employee compensation including variable payment
  • Work closely with the Singapore team to align and adhere to group processes
  • Handle full payroll function for different entities
  • Timely submission of all monthly HR reporting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS                               

  • University degree qualification with at least 5 years of solid HR experience
  • Preferably with relevant experience starting up a new team to support the business or has experience in automotive related industry
  • Well versed in local labour legislation
  • Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task, and work with extremely tight timelines
  • Sharp-minded with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English language
  • Able to travel across different cities in Vietnam when required
