JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain effective business partnership to support the local Management team
- Manage the full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, compensation and benefits administration, employee welfare and employee development
- Establish local HR policies and practices consistently across all entities and ensure adoption and implementation of HR best practices in line with labour regulations
- Drive HR operational efficiencies; process improvements and ensure accurate prompt delivery of all operational HR services
- Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure competitive employee compensation including variable payment
- Work closely with the Singapore team to align and adhere to group processes
- Handle full payroll function for different entities
- Timely submission of all monthly HR reporting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree qualification with at least 5 years of solid HR experience
- Preferably with relevant experience starting up a new team to support the business or has experience in automotive related industry
- Well versed in local labour legislation
- Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, and work with extremely tight timelines
- Sharp-minded with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language
- Able to travel across different cities in Vietnam when required
