Job Description
- Ensure the execution of HR Policies and activities in the respective business in order that operational needs are met to achieve organization business goals:
- Establish Human Resource policies and ensure adherence in all departments within the business unit to uphold establish standards
- Advise and ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable to improve staff morale and retention for internal equity
- Recruit, train, motivate and retain manpower in accordance to growth requirement of manpower plan
- Concurrently plan and develop required strategic plan within HR scope to strengthen the company HR competencies.
- Observe prescribed standards effectively when handling all forms of staff issues to promote a fair and transparent working environment
- Develop and review incentive schemes to attract and retain good talents
- Ensure staffs are properly inducted and their developmental needs are met to meet operational standards and requirements - first impression.
- Establish and maintain relevant Job Description for all position to ensure understanding of and requirement of all position within the company.
- Other tasks if required.
