Manage GA team with following main functions:
- Leading all function of GA part to do the general office activities.
- Manage the operation of catering service, security, cleaning, transportation, office supplies, landscape, clinic
- Supervising the office purchasing activity (stationery, office tool & equipment and so on).
- Manage schedules and due date of all GA activities.
- Create GA policies, working processes, procedures and apply it into the daily operation.
- Organize company events such as Company Trip, Year-end Party, Teambuilding activities
- Make forecast for GA-related expenditures and control GA budget appropriately
- Take initiatives to improve procedures, improve internal communication and spread good business manners
