- Continuously assess and improve on the training contents and assessment processes to ensure relevancy and quality assurance
- Identify, review and develop new training programs to enhance the customer journey provided by the Bancassurance partner sales force
- Review training schedules and work with bancassurance partners to identify regular and ad-hoc training needs of the sales channels with the objective of improving the quality and productivity of sales under the various bancassurance sales channels
- Communicate with leaders and trainers to ensure training deliverables are met
- Responsible for recruitment , development and retention of effective, professional and result-oriented sales trainers and manage performance of the team through suitable and relevant KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and take advantage of all chances to communicate our long term strategic plans and objectives to best support the sales channel.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned such as product development projects, training of sales channels, etc.
