  1. Training
    • Developing training solutions and policies.
      • Identify internal HR situation within the organization, training needs and skill gaps in order to come up with training solutions and content for each Department
      • Create learning environment and culture for the property
    • Developing training strategies and plans.
      • Cooperate with other departments to develop periodically training plans for the property to solve the business/operation/human resources issues
      • Manage the training data of each Department for analyzing and evaluating training plans and results
      • Modify the plans in alignment with the changes/requirements of the business/ operation.
      • Guiding other departments in training implementation and management
    • Training and evaluating training results.
      • Being in charge of holding and coordinating training programs
      • Implementing suitable tools and metrics to effectively evaluate the training results and update with training departments (Head Quarter) for suitable modifications to be made.

  2. Corporate culture development and internal communication
    • Creating suitable plans and budget for Property's culture development activities in alignment with the Corporate's orientation.
    • Organizing suitable internal communication program/activities/events
    • Monitor and evaluate the culture development and internal communication activities at property to develop initiatives to improve working environment
