  • Administers corporate C&B to ensure that the plans are consistent with company's policies and all applicable federal and state laws.
  • Implements corporate C&B programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Handles daily C&B operations in People Department.
  • Supervise the calculations and payments of salary, allowances and bonuses for all local employees in accordance with Company policies.
  • Participates in market and salary surveys to ensure compensation and benefits programs are benchmarked against best practices, researched against industry and employment trends, and compliant with legislation.
  • Lead of Payrollexcellent program.
  • Assist Manager (Rewards) in driving annual compensation processes
  • Assists with performance management including meritincrease, bonus & incentive plan processes and analysis
  • Ensure execution and delivery of C&B services, employment contracts
  • Maintain and update personnel database and Employee Personal File; Process salary increases, control absenteeism and other personnel statistics as required
  • Provide reports on people headcounts, actual payrollcost, compensation and benefits as required by line manager and People BU ISEA.
  • Capture data related to C&B into appropriate systems as necessary
  • Communicate information regarding policies and standards on C&B, Employment law changes to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing C&B processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
  • Prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes
  • Liaison with external parties and local authorities to manage and deliver C&B services to employees.
  • Lead process improvement projects as and when required
  • Keep self-updated on the latest trends and changes in local employment law.
