Position Objective:

  • Responsible and accountable for providing technical sales support to assigned regions in order to demonstrate Kemin capabilities and product effectiveness.
  • Focus on Fashion Effects and washing Solutions for Denims and Non-Denim fabrics by providing technical support in textile, maintaining a role of scientific expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the customer.
    • Responsible for sales of the whole range of Garmon's in the respective regions, planning and executing projects in coordination with sales team.
    • Manage and drive projects towards achieving agreed objectives and budgeted sales targets.
    • Represent Kemin solutions in a professional & technical manner that provides assurance to the customer about products & capabilities
    • Work closely with account manager, product manager, technical team in identifying opportunities, setting goals & implementation to meet the business objectives
    • Demonstrate the customer on the product value proposition & enhance customers TRUST on the product
    • Manage and provide technical expertise to drive the innovative Chemical blends along with the team members to promote Washing Auxiliaries Products for Denims and Non-Denim fabrics by providing technical support
    • Responsible for establishing the Kemin products in the market
    • Incumbent acts as a true partner to the team and engages customers in a professional, service-oriented manner, able to understand the customers' needs and nuances.
    • Define & implement overall performance indicators and periodical reporting of actual performance, in order to facilitate (timely) decision taking.
    • Identify opportunities, establish goals and strategies, and implement actions to meet business objectives
    • Understanding and provide inputs to technical team on the local needs of the market in terms of products and effects (denim and dyeing)
    • Introduce New Products with Key Client thru closely working with Garmon WW
    • Monitor and report to the relevant internal stakeholders about competitive and customer technical developments, new applications and new products.
    • Effectively implement Sales Process (SALT) with esteemed clients and assist the team members in following Multi-Level Customer Contacts within their respective Account Portfolio's for sales growth and sales performance
