Navigos Search's client is one of largest providers of value-added solutions for customers' needs, IT products, software, storage networking solutions and services for value-added sales channels.

Currently, they are urgently seeking for Technical Sales engineer to join their team.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Act as the contact lead for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Build strategic relationships with customer(s) to leverage the customers' business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.

  • Lead customer planning and engagement.

  • Performs critical customer analysis to leverage the partner's marketing programs

  • Engages customer(s) in joint planning to integrate the company's services, programs and supplier partnerships

  • Conducts regular business reviews to track progress and execute business plan.

  • Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.

  • Supports supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion.

  • Create awareness and inclusion in sales strategy and tactics

Job Level Specifications:

  • Developing expertise of business, financials, products/services, the market, or account needs, expand knowledge of the industry, market and sales processes; broadens sales capabilities, develops an understanding of the range of products/ services that the organization and its competitors sell and that assigned customers purchase.

  • Works with moderately complex territory/ assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes, refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance, analyze and solves sales problems

  • Work independently within an assigned territory/account base with moderate sized accounts/opportunities, negotiate terms within defined parameters, plan territory or account approach.

  • Collaborate with internal team, managers to support functions and maintain direct contact with clients.

  • Make impacts on sales quota

Education & Work Experience

  • At least 3 year working experience in GPU, CPU, ARM, FPGA or/and MCU components sales to OEM customers

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electronics Engineering

  • Proficiency in English communication

  • Customer Focus and Drive for Results
