Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing
Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies
Monitor and effectively manage recruitment process
Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions
Lead & manage Employer Branding events
Manage Campus recruitment road show/job fairs


at least 3 years-experience in managerial level of HR function;

good manner of providing services and result – oriented;

good communication skill while remaining being independent;

Communicative English is required;
