- Recruit people timely and quality as TA approval matrix experience through the recruitment cycle
- Implement employer branding programs as guideline from TA Manager to promote Company image
- Timely update organization design & development (structure, JD, organization communication, etc.
- Continuously improving Sourcing strategy with sourcing channel innovation
- Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, career sites, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions based on business needs
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring members and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
- Implement screening interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
- Do offering process for successful hiring aligned with Recruitment policy
- Follow-up with on-boarding program & probationary review for new employees.
- Coordinate in recruitment tracking report with accurate & efficient data
