Job Description

▪  To implement corporate policy and strategic decisions in the store. The most important tasks in this respect are the explanation of corporate decisions, convincing the employees in the stores of these ideas, and the successful implementation in co-operation with the store personnel

▪ To be responsible for the fulfillment of generally agreed budget and to achieve the set targets through compliance of corporate operating procedures

▪ To frequently examine the store in terms of procedure, layout and organization etc. and propose suggestions for improvements

▪ To take responsibility for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets

▪ To provide professional training in order to develop qualified and motivated staff for managerial positions within the company

▪ To effectively manage the external relationships with customers and other parties such as governmental bodies, local press and communities to enhance the image and reputation of the company and ensure the quality of customer service in store

▪ To ensure the company and legal standards are achieved in all aspect of store operations such as hygiene, display, housekeeping, appearance and performance of the employees etc while also taking responsibilities for the store compliance with Health and safety regulations to protect both employees and customers.

▪ To propose and deliver sales, costs and minor capital expenditure targets which meet the overall needs of the company

▪ To market the store in the local environment in order to perform the best possible profile of the company

 

 Requirements

Education: University Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration and others

Experience: Over 6 years of experience in the Hypermarket

Knowledge: Knowledge about administration and management, customer and personal services, sale and marketing; Ability of analyzing trend and market research, knowledge of the relevant financial cost;

Skill:

- Strong leadership skill and management ability; sale, training and coaching skills coming along with time management;

- Good at mobilizing people to work toward common goals and teamwork skill

- Strong analysing ability and working well with data/figures together with advanced analysing and problem solving skills

- Good communication and negotiating skills; being influent in Vietnamese and English (including written and oral skills);

- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure;

- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database;
