Key responsibilities:

1. Product Management:
o Organizing sales and stock control

o Manage, control, and monitor merchandising activities in store

o Ensure efficient Stockroom Management o Liaise with Commercial team in product display, coordination and layout

o Control business plan implementation and conduct analysis of trends/forecasts and market

o Manage and control inventory by working with the commercial team in creating strategies to push and promote products to reach the right inventory levels

o Provides market and product feedback to commercial team

o Conducts regular market and competitor research and feedbacks the same to the commercial team

2. Operation Management:

o Make sure the store's image is well maintained: window display, staff image, store operation

o Control usage of store's operational budget expenditures and inventory level and report variances

o Ensures efficient flow of in-store operations related to receiving, replenishment, staffing, cashier operations and customer service

o Implements promotional campaigns and strategies

3. People management:

o Manage, coach and review performance of team members, actively involved in people development programs

o Ensures the Career Development Plan of Staff together with HR

4. Customer Service Management

o Ensures all zones are properly manned o Ensures a pleasant shopping experience

o Organizes orders, reservation ad customer returns

o Deals with customer suggestions and complaints
