Store Operations Management
* Monitor orders/ purchase forecast for the store based on customer demands on specific period of time or seasons
* Have action plans for slow- moving items if any
* Ensure the flow of goods ordering and reception.
* Ensure the obligations of display, labeling and billing are strictly respected:
* Monitor the good respect of promotion campaigns (in time, display, volume, decoration, animation) in creating the events to attract and retain customers
* Supervise price control of competitor to help the Purchasing department in order to define the best prices - making survey to competitor if need it.
* Maintain assets, respect the rules of safety, health and other laws and regulations
* Co-ordinate to recruit, train, supervise staffs
* Organize the integration of new employees: visit of store, presentation of team, introduction of products, safety rules, AGM policies and creation and follow up/ monitor the result of practical training of the tandem
* Develop team spirit and conviviality in store and organizing special time to gather team and get higher team spirit
* Provide for the organization of working time based on customer flows and compliance with legal rules (planning, schedule, duty roster)
